Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ChatPanda, the Instagram messaging management service operated by Prosoft Oskar Florczak ("we", "us"). By using ChatPanda, you agree to these Terms.

ChatPanda connects to your Instagram professional account through Meta's official APIs to help you view conversations and send messages in line with Instagram and Meta platform rules.

You may use ChatPanda on a free plan at no charge for access to the service within the limits we offer. We also offer an optional paid subscription (see the Subscription section in the app for current pricing and features).

Important: When you send a message through ChatPanda—whether you type it in the inbox, send an automated reply, or use comment-triggered messaging—the message is delivered through your connected Instagram account using Meta's messaging APIs. Recipients receive it as an Instagram message from your business account; ChatPanda is the tool you use to compose and send that traffic, not a separate chat network.

On the free plan, we automatically append a short disclosure line to the end of each outbound message that delivers your content, so recipients can see it was sent via ChatPanda. Short button prompts, such as the follower check, do not carry it. We pick the line from a small set of fixed phrases, in the language set on your account, for example: Sent with @chatpanda_app in English or Wysłane przez @chatpanda_app in Polish.

If you have an active paid subscription, outbound messages are sent as you composed them, without that disclosure suffix, subject to the subscription terms shown in the app.

You agree to use ChatPanda only in compliance with:

• Meta's Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and Instagram Community Guidelines
• The standard customer messaging window (typically 24 hours from the user's last message) for replies where applicable
• Rules that prohibit spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, and other abusive behavior

You are responsible for content you send through the service and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or Meta policies. The service is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

While you have an account, we send email to the address you registered with. These are part of the service, not marketing:

• Service email: password resets, security notices, billing, and alerts such as an Instagram account that needs reconnecting.
• Product email: how to set up and use ChatPanda, changes to features you rely on, and occasional guidance on getting more out of it.

Service email cannot be turned off while the account exists, because it is how we reach you about your own account. You can opt out of product email using the unsubscribe link in any of them, or by writing to us. We do not sell your address and we do not send you other companies’ offers.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
