Common questions
Does the free plan expire or run out?
No. There is no trial period and no monthly cap. You can write as many keyword rules as you want, send as many DMs as Instagram lets you send, and connect every professional account you run. The one thing free messages carry is a short ChatPanda line at the end of each one.
What does the ChatPanda line look like in a message?
It is one short sentence at the end of the DM, naming @chatpanda_app. ChatPanda rotates a few wordings, so someone who triggers two of your rules does not read the same sentence twice. It sits under your own text, so the answer and the link the person asked for still come first.
Does one subscription cover several Instagram accounts?
Yes. Unlimited is billed once for your ChatPanda login, not once per Instagram account. Connect a second or a third professional account and all of them send messages without the ChatPanda line. Adding an account never changes what you pay.
Can I cancel, and what happens to my rules?
Cancel from the subscription screen in the app whenever you want. Unlimited keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account moves back to the free plan. Your rules, keywords and saved messages stay where they are, and messages start carrying the ChatPanda line again.
Do I pay per message or per account?
Neither. Unlimited is one flat monthly charge for your whole ChatPanda login. A busy week of a thousand DMs costs the same as a quiet week of ten, and connecting another Instagram account costs nothing extra. Neither plan counts messages, seats or accounts.
