Data Deletion

Request deletion of your ChatPanda account and all associated data

Important Information

When you delete your ChatPanda account, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your ChatPanda account and login credentials
  • All Instagram conversation history stored in ChatPanda
  • All messages sent and received through ChatPanda
  • Instagram access tokens and connection settings
  • All webhook event logs
  • Any automation rules or settings

This action is PERMANENT and cannot be undone.

Note: This only deletes your ChatPanda data. Your Instagram account and messages on Instagram will remain unchanged.

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1: Delete via ChatPanda

Please log in to delete your account.

Option 2: Delete via Facebook Settings

You can also request data deletion through your Facebook account settings:

  1. Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings
  2. Click on "Apps and Websites"
  3. Find "ChatPanda" in the list
  4. Click "Remove" to revoke access and request data deletion

When you remove ChatPanda from Facebook, we will receive a deletion request and permanently delete all your data within 30 days.

What Happens After Deletion?
  • Your account will be immediately deactivated
  • All your data will be permanently deleted from our servers
  • You will be logged out automatically
  • You can create a new account anytime if you wish to use ChatPanda again

Backup copies in our disaster recovery systems will be deleted within 90 days.
